Task: Maintaining a constructive customer relationship while safeguarding the financial interests of the Company
Mission:
Assessing the solvency and gauging the financial risk, ensuring the amicable collection of receivables. He assesses customers’ solvency, analyses bad debt files, negotiates and adjusts terms and conditions, taking the necessary decisions to settle disputes in the interests of the Company and the customer. The qualities required to support a constructive approach to customer relations are analytical skill and judgment, a sense of initiative and of priorities and a good telephone manner. As a genuine telephone negotiator, you will be able to assess customers’ solvency accurately in order to gauge the financial risk for PagesJaunes and collect receivables amicably
Profile:
