This sector develops the skills of the employees, at the right time and the right place to support the Company’s growth. It also carries out the administrative duties associated with personnel management and the proper conduct of industrial relations.

Task: Deploying the HR policy and resources among managers and employees  

Mission:

Internal recruitment: Implementing the internal recruitment process
Advising and assisting operating personnel on matters of employment law
Taking part in the implementation of HR policies
Advising and supporting managers in the various management activities of their teams

Profile:

Postgraduate degree plus experience
Good communication and social skills, ability to listen, independence, rigour, organisation, team spirit
